Sample Retainer Fees

The following are examples of three levels of retainer fees Hire a Consultant charges during its Trial Period. These are only examples. Our fees vary from client to client and are based solely on your talent level, specific goals and music needs.

*Platinum Level:

• Our fee is $3,500.00 per each 30-day period.
• We take NO commission on any deals you secure (you keep 100%).
• We are each non-exclusive to the other (you can work with anyone else you choose)
• Term commitment is a between two (2) and four (4) 30-day periods, although you can continue at this level for as long as you wish.
• If you decide to terminate our services, we require that you provide us with 30 days advance notice via email given to us during the last week of your current term. At that time, your final payment is due, and we continue to provide our services through your final 30-day period.

*Gold Level (with reducing fees)

• Our fee for the first 30-day period is $2,000.00
• Our fee for the second 30-day period is $2,000.00
• Our fee for the third 30-day period; $1,000.00
• Our fee for the fourth 30-day period is $900.00
• Our fee for the fifth 30-day period is $800.00
• Our fee for the sixth 30-day period is $700.00
• Our fee for the seventh 30-day period is $600.00
• Our fee for any consecutive 30-day period thereafter is $500.00 and remains at that price for as long as you wish to continue our services
• We take NO commission on any deals you secure (you keep 100%)
• We are each non-exclusive to each other (you can work with anyone else you choose)
• If you decide to terminate our services at any time after the seventh 30-day period (or any agreed upon consecutive monthly Term such as 3 months or 4 months), we require that you provide us with 30 days advance notice given to us via email during the last week of your current term. At that time, your final payment is due, and we continue to provide our services through your final 30-day period.

Silver Level:

• Our fee for the first 30-day period is $700.00
• Our fee for the second 30-day period is $600.00
• Our fee for any consecutive 30-day period thereafter is $500.00 for as long as you wish to continue our services.
• We take NO commission on any deals you secure (you keep 100%)
• We are each non-exclusive to each other (you can work with anyone else you choose)
• If you decide to terminate our services, we require that you provide us with 30 days advance notice via email during the last week of your current term. At that time your final payment is due, and we continue to provide our services through your final 30-day period.

Bronze Level:

• Our fee for the first 30-day period is $500.00
• Our fee for the second 30-day period is $400.00 and thereafter remains at $400.00 for as long as you wish to continue our services.
• We take NO commission on any deals you secure (you keep 100%)
• We are each non-exclusive to each other (you can work with anyone else you choose).
• If you decide to terminate our services, we require that you provide us with 30 days advance notice via email during the last week of your current term. At that time your final payment is due, and we continue to provide our services through your final 30-day period

Please remember these are only examples.

So for instance, the Platinum and Gold Levels outlined above are typical for those clients who require and/or request more of our time and expertise.

In additional, please note that the first 30-day period of any service level is quoted at a higher fee because these initial periods are most time intensive.
