If you have earned at least $10,000 (U.S. Dollars) in the entertainment industry from music-related deals such as a recording contract, music publishing contract, or a TV or film contract or songwriting royalties over the past 12 months, and have (and are willing to provide) documented proof of these earnings, congratulations you are an ARTIST WITH A TRACK RECORD. This means Countdown Entertainment will consider working with you on a percentage based agreement (with NO retainer fee), if, we like your music.

Remember. To qualify as an Artist with a Track Record you must have earned at least $10,000 from music related contracts as noted above within the last year and be able and willing to show documented proof.

We prefer that you submit your music and information via the Internet but you may also send it via Postal Mail.

*	Goals: Briefly describe your goals for your music or the music/musician/band you represent for the next 12 months.
